Job Overview

This is a broad in-house legal role suited to lawyers with commercial and intellectual property backgrounds.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing legal and compliance requirements, as well as handling various intellectual property matters including trademark and design registrations, patents, licensing, and infringement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the company's legal and external counsel.
  • Handle a wide range of IP matters.
  • Draft, negotiate, review and advise on commercial contracts.
  • Provide guidance on compliance, IT, regulatory and employment law.
  • Support international operations across local and overseas markets.
Requirements:
  • 4-10 years post-admission experience.
  • Australian lawyer with current practicing certificate.
  • Strong legal and commercial acumen, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent and team-oriented, with a proactive mindset.
