As a key professional in our operations team, you will lead the planning and delivery of events across multiple venues. Your expertise in event management will ensure seamless execution and high standards of customer experience.About this role:We seek an experienced Operations Leader to oversee venue operations during setup, delivery, and pack-down. The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record in leading diverse operational teams.Daily tasks include providing guidance to operations supervisors, coordinating logistics, and maintaining high standards of venue presentation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and event partners to align operations with event objectives.We are looking for someone with:
  • Extensive experience in event operations within a major venue or precinct
  • A strong ability to lead operational teams and manage stakeholders effectively
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • A deep commitment to safety and compliance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with venue operations systems and Microsoft Office suite
