Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced horse manager to oversee the daily operations of our stable.

About the Role: As a stable foreperson, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the stable, including recording and maintaining accurate records, working closely with veterinarians to ensure the welfare of our horses, and representing the stable at events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily tasks of the stable, including animal husbandry and equipment maintenance.
  • Work collaboratively with veterinarians to ensure the health and well-being of our horses.
  • Represent the stable at events and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the stable.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a stable or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to form and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about the racing industry and committed to delivering exceptional results.
