Job Title

Our company is seeking a highly skilled coordinator to join our award-winning Talent & Resourcing Team.

As the key point of contact for our recruitment process, you will provide essential support to our talented team of recruiters, liaise with internal stakeholders and collaborate closely with job seekers to deliver best practice recruitment and onboarding processes.

With your exceptional interpersonal skills and energy, you will become an integral part of our fantastic and collaborative team culture that supports development and growth in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and administrative tasks.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Work closely with the Talent & Resourcing Manager to streamline recruitment processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, serving as a point of contact for inquiries and requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (desired).
  • Prior experience in Recruitment, HR Administration, or similar roles in customer-facing environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and attention to detail skills.
  • Proficiency with systems and software packages, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
