Expert Corporate Immigration Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled immigration lawyer with expertise in corporate immigration law to assist our clients in obtaining temporary and/or permanent visas for their employees to relocate to or remain in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Advising, preparing, and lodging primarily subclass 186, 400, 407, 408, 482, 485, and 494 applications, as well as partner visas
- End-to-end case management, including client communication and file preparation
- Proven experience in the employer-sponsored visa space, with a strong understanding of Australian immigration legislation, policy, and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Admitted solicitor with at least 12 months experience in advising, preparing, and lodging immigration applications
- In-depth knowledge of Australian immigration legislation, policy, and procedures
- Proven experience in the employer-sponsored visa space
- End-to-end case management
- A client-centred focus on service delivery
