Opportunity for immigration lawyer (1- 2PQE plus) with corporate immigration experience focused on employer-sponsored visa applications, as well as partner visas.

Assisting corporate clients to obtain temporary and/or permanent visas for their employees to relocate to or remain in Australia.

Collegiate team-based environment offering excellent end-to-end experience in service provision to predominantly corporate clients ranging in size from 10 to 5,000+ employees.

Who we are looking for

• Admitted solicitor with at least 12 months experience in advising, preparing, and lodging primarily subclass 186, 400, 407, 408, 482, 485, and 494 applications, as well as partner visas
• Immigration lawyer seeking to further develop their skills and career in corporate immigration law
• Committed to working in person from our Ultimo office
• Proven experience in the employer-sponsored visa space
• End-to-end case management
• A client-centred focus on service delivery
• Collegiate, team-based approach on all matters
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• In-depth knowledge of Australian immigration legislation, policy, and procedures
• Full-time position based in Sydney
