Marketing and Leasing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled marketing and leasing specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and property management, with excellent communication and project management skills.

This is a pivotal role that requires the ability to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, prepare marketing materials, and develop digital strategies to maximize performance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for enhancing the online presence of our teams and developing recommendations for property marketing initiatives.

  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including marketing material preparation, sales kit preparation, advertising activities, and mail outs
  • Prepare and project manage marketing and property submissions, client presentations, and proposals
  • Enhance the online presence of all teams and develop a digital strategy to maximize performance
  • Assist with business development activities, including ongoing marketing, sales, and public relations, client engagement events
  • Provide progress reports and attend regular project campaign meetings
  • Liaise with media and creative organizations to account manage relationships and drive internal operator relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in property or professional services
  • Superior time management with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholder expectations, and day-to-day duties simultaneously
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • High attention to detail, ensuring production of consistent, quality reports, submissions, and brochures
  • Demonstrated ability to research and formulate a marketing strategy based on provided briefs
  • Experience dealing with advertising and creative agencies, print companies, media, web portals, and other relevant suppliers
