Role Responsibilities

Reporting to the Customer Account Manager, the Mechanical Service Technician will be tasked with executing intricate maintenance on all HVAC systems while managing various ongoing and future projects in the Central Queensland area.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough inspections of facilities
  • Identifying and resolving electrical or control issues in HVAC systems
  • Planning and executing general electrical maintenance and repairs
  • Installing refrigerant piping, flow controls, and related components
  • Providing estimates for service or installation tasks
  • Offering technical support as needed
  • Building strong relationships with clients
Desired Qualifications

We seek a candidate who can showcase their HVAC service experience and understand the dynamics of a rapidly evolving business environment, along with the following qualifications:

  • Dual Trade Electrician / Refrigeration Mechanic is highly preferred
  • Possession of relevant State and National Trade Licenses (including but not limited to ARCTick, NREL, Construction Induction, etc.)
  • A valid Driver's License for the state of employment
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Delivering high-quality technical service to clients
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Capacity to perform under pressure
