Role Responsibilities

Reporting to the Customer Account Manager, the Mechanical Service Technician will execute hands-on maintenance for various HVAC systems, addressing ongoing and future projects in the Central Queensland area.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough inspections of facilities
  • Identifying and resolving electrical or control issues in HVAC systems
  • Planning and executing general electrical maintenance and repairs
  • Installing refrigerant piping, flow controls, and associated components
  • Providing estimates for service and installation tasks
  • Offering technical support as needed
  • Building strong relationships with clients
Qualifications and Skills

What Sets You Apart

The ideal candidate will showcase their HVAC service experience and an understanding of the dynamics of a rapidly evolving business environment, along with the following qualifications:

  • Preferred qualifications include a Dual Trade in Electrician/Refrigeration Mechanic
  • Possession of relevant State and National Trade Licenses (e.g., ARCTick, NREL, Construction Induction)
  • A valid driver's license for the state of employment
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Delivering high-quality technical service to clients
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Capacity to perform under pressure
