HR Business Partner Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner on a part-time basis, you will partner with leaders to achieve business objectives and drive a high-performance culture aligned with our strategy.

You will provide timely HR support and expertise across NSW & ACT, managing employee lifecycle processes and analysing workforce trends to inform decision-making.

In this role, you will:

  • Coach and advise leaders on performance, development, and employee relations.
  • Drive a high-performance culture aligned with business strategy.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, reviews, and development programs.
  • Analyse workforce trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment legislation, and health & safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior Advisor role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and contemporary HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
