As a Team Leader in Aged Care, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents.

About this Role
  • This position involves providing holistic care to residents, encompassing their social, emotional, and physical needs.
  • You will work closely with other team members to coordinate care plans, ensure medication management, and provide nutrition and hydration support.
  • Additionally, you will lead and supervise care on your designated shift, maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • A Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (with APRHA Registration) or Certificate IV in Ageing Support is required, along with HLTHPS007 Administer & Monitor Medicines certification.
  • High-level commitment, integrity, and trustworthiness are essential qualities for this role.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for success in this position.
  • You should have a working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control principles.
  • A current National police check is also required.
