At Green Leaves Early Learning, we're dedicated to supporting the professional development and practice of our educators with a comprehensive mentorship program.

We're seeking experienced childcare professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality early childhood education and care. As an educator at our Mawson Lakes centre, you'll be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes collaboration, creativity, and community engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard/Framework (NQS/NQF). They'll be responsible for planning and implementing a comprehensive transition to school/school-readiness program for our Kindergarten children, managing their classroom, and mentoring other educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS/NQF
  • Mentoring and guiding colleagues to improve teaching practices
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to achieve centre goals and objectives

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A recognised teaching qualification
  • Current SA Teacher's Registration
  • A current Working with Children's Check
  • A current Child Protection Training
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development
