Job Overview

Seeking a seasoned professional to lead ICT warehouse operations, ensure efficient asset tracking and distribution, and collaborate closely with various teams.

This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in ServiceNow and shipping portals, as well as experience managing logistics across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating stock replenishments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and upholding compliance with asset management policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Asset & Stock Control (50%):
    • Coordinate stock replenishments and maintain accurate inventory records in collaboration with HAM teams.
  • Technical Expertise (30%):
    • Manage ICT warehouse operations, including imaging, dispatch, and returns of hardware assets.
    • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow, including asset tracking workflows, transfer orders, dashboard creation, and incident resolution.
    • Familiarity with shipping portals and ability to manage consignment tracking and reporting.
  • Leadership & Coordination (20%):
    • Supervise technical support staff and coordinate logistics across multiple locations.
    • Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders including ICT Service Desk, Procurement, Projects, VIP teams, and Security.
