Strategic Supply Chain Analyst

The role involves elevating and refining existing supply chain processes by combining data-driven insights with strong collaboration. The goal is to drive continuous improvements that reduce inventory risk, improve service levels, and support informed decision-making.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop accurate rolling forecasts (12–18 months) that align with market trends and business goals.
  • Lead and energise monthly meetings within the S&OP framework, driving alignment and fostering proactive problem-solving across teams.
  • Continuously analyse forecast accuracy (MAPE, BIAS) and lead initiatives to refine forecasting models and processes, ensuring the business operates with reliable demand insights.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance demand planning tools, systems, and methodologies to boost efficiency, agility, and responsiveness.
  • Partner with supply planning to optimise inventory levels, reduce waste, and improve product availability – all while balancing risk and cost.
  • Champion continuous improvement by proposing and implementing process enhancements that increase forecast accuracy, streamline workflows, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support new product launches by creating aligned demand plans and coordinating closely with supply to ensure seamless introduction to market.
  • Prepare insightful, data-driven reports and presentations for senior leadership, clearly communicating risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.

You bring 3–5 years of proven experience in supply chain roles within FMCG, Consumer Goods, or closely related industries. You have a strong track record of delivering accurate forecasts and driving improvements in supply chain processes that positively impacted business results.
