Rehabilitation Consultant Job DescriptionAbout the Role:

  • Use award-winning psychosocial risk tools to provide holistic and psychosocial support to achieve great outcomes.
  • Conduct functional capacity evaluations.
  • Complete assessments including initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomic assessments, and activities of daily living.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans to achieve a recovery at work.
  • Conduct worksite assessments to support short-term and long-term return-to-work goals.

You will have the opportunity for internal promotions, transfers, and flexibility in managing your own diary, setting your own hours, and working location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide holistic and psychosocial support to clients.
  • Conduct assessments and develop rehabilitation plans.
  • Implement and monitor rehabilitation plans.
  • Conduct worksite assessments.
Requirements:
  • Current unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA.
  • Experience in applying clinical reasoning and strategic thinking to support positive client outcomes.
  • Clinical experience in conducting assessments.
  • Clinical experience in developing rehabilitation plans.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
