Job Description

This role involves providing individualized support to our clients, enabling them to live independently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management.
  • Transporting clients to appointments and social events.
  • Encouraging participation in recreational activities and promoting social connections.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be empathetic and non-judgmental, and demonstrate a genuine interest in supporting people with disabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A certificate-level qualification in Disability or Community Services, or relevant experience in the human services industry.
  • A valid NSW Driver's License, with the ability to drive large vehicles.
  • Physical fitness to perform the duties of the role, including lifting up to 10 kilograms unassisted.
