Job Description

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in providing support to individuals in their daily lives.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time position that allows for flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing assistance with living skills, transport, social activities, medication, and personal care.
  • Updating customer records using online systems.
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the development of care plans.

To Be Successful in This Role:

  • You should be punctual, friendly, non-judgmental, empathetic, and compassionate.
  • Invested in providing high-quality services and competent in working with individuals with disabilities.

Requirements:

  • Certificate-level qualification in Disability or Community Services/individual support or relevant experience in the human services industry.
  • Valid NSW Drivers C class licence, with the ability to drive vehicles in licence class, including large cars and vans.
  • Fitness to undertake physical requirements of customer support, including lifting 10 kilograms unassisted.
