Key Account Specialist

To combat food waste, we connect stores with unsold surplus to consumers who appreciate it. We are a certified B Corporation with a mission to inspire action against food waste. Our community spans 19 countries and millions of users.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Engage store managers and staff to reduce food waste and maximize partnerships
  • Ensure optimal supply by monitoring data and escalating where needed
  • Build relationships with store managers and staff; support onboarding and ongoing engagement
  • Collaborate with prominent brands across various segments such as Grocery, Cafe, Convenience and Fast-Casual
  • Operate in a hands-on capacity to ensure success for stores and area managers
  • Work with the Key Accounts Team Leader and Business Development Managers to optimize engagement, performance, and supply
  • Provide a smooth onboarding process for new stores using scalable tools and methods; deliver training to new managers and staff
  • Manage administrative tasks including updating store information for public holidays and ensuring data accuracy

  • Effective communicators with excellent phone skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
