We are fighting food waste globally. Approximately 1/3 of the world's food is wasted, resulting in significant environmental impacts. Greenhouse gas emissions from food waste account for about 10%.

Our mission is to combat food waste worldwide. We achieve this by connecting stores with surplus food to consumers who wish to purchase and enjoy it. Our community has saved over 100 million meals from going to waste in 19 countries.

The Store Operations team plays a crucial role in engaging Key Account stores. As a Store Operations Specialist, you will work directly with these stores, building relationships with store managers and their staff. Your tasks include:

  • Providing a smooth onboarding process using scalable tools and methods
  • Supporting stores in utilizing our platform and systems, including training new managers and staff
  • Engaging store managers and staff on reducing food waste
  • Ensuring maximum supply utilization to minimize waste
  • Identifying feedback trends from conversations with stores, monitoring statistical data, and escalating to Business Development Managers
  • Ensuring positive customer experiences and taking action to improve store quality
  • Supporting the creation of presentations for partner head offices, highlighting anecdotal feedback and store performance
  • Performing administrative tasks, including mass updates for public holidays and ensuring accurate store information
