Job Description:

Deliver exceptional customer service by working closely with customers to understand their end-to-end banking needs. This includes building relationships, assessing customer situations, and developing holistic views of their lending requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a pipeline of lending leads and nurture these relationships throughout the buying journey using our CRM
  • Guide customers through the lending process, providing peace of mind that we are here to support them in achieving their goals
  • Leverage your credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs to ensure positive lending outcomes for all
  • Build strong, relationship-centric connections with the community, branch, and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes for customers

Requirements:
