Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Worker to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed case management services to families in the Mt Druitt area.

This role involves working across multiple community locations to provide support and clinical case work to clients within a trauma informed care framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver community-based support to families, primarily in the Mt Druitt area
  • Based at our Western Sydney Hub, working across Penrith, St Marys, and Mt Druitt
  • Provide the highest possible standard of support and clinical case work to clients within a trauma informed care framework
  • Collaborate with the team to create trusted places where people gather, community is strong and lives are transformed
  • Empower clients to live well through practical and reliable support
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • Qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Counselling, or other relevant fields (Diploma minimum)
  • Experience working in case work or counselling roles with women, children and young people who have experienced Domestic and Family Violence
  • Extensive experience working in a trauma informed, client-centred way
  • Holds a current and valid Working with Children Check
  • Current drivers licence required
