Senior Construction Administrator Role

The company specialises in construction projects including new builds, fit outs, and complex refurbishments.

This Senior Contract Administrator position involves:

  • Preparing tender packages, scope of works, contract documentation and procurement schedules
  • Submitting progress claims for head contracts
  • Evaluating variations and managing downstream
  • Head contract administration and end of month reports
  • Administering RFIs to clients and consultants
  • Coordinating project operations with the Project Manager
  • Maintaining project document control
  • Negotiating with suppliers and building relationships
  • Leading a team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a CA or similar role
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or related field
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
