About the Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Care Specialists in Wagga Wagga on a casual basis.

As a key member of our team, you will be required to support customers with opportunities to reach their individual goals through meaningful activities across various programs.

This role is suited for those who promote independence and inclusion in society of people with disability or developmental delay, and desire to support individuals to have a voice, choice, and exercise control over their own lives to achieve their individual goals.

Essential Criteria
  • A commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs of our customers
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with our customers and support their individual care plans, as appropriate
  • Experience supporting customers with psychosocial disability, dementia, Intellectual disability, Acquired brain injuries, epilepsy and behaviours of concern
  • A current Driver's Licence
  • NSW Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate - 'Quality, Safety & You'
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Estimated Salary Range:

$65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
