We are seeking a skilled Project Communications Lead to develop and implement strategic communications for our key projects.
This role will involve working closely with our project teams and the Communications Directorate to integrate communications with change management activities and build strong relationships to drive understanding, adoption, and support for project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop clear, consistent, and engaging messages for diverse audiences, including school-based staff, corporate teams, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure communication strategies are aligned with project milestones and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure collaboration and alignment.
- Work collaboratively with change management resources to align communication strategies with project transformation goals.
- Develop and manage online channels and deliver high-quality digital content using communication tools and platforms.
- Tertiary qualifications in communications or a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic communication strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, including writing, visual, and digital content creation.
- Ability to lead a team to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong analytical skills to measure the impact of communication strategies and feedback mechanisms.
