Job Description

We are seeking a Communications Specialist to provide strategic communications advice and support for our Language Services division.

The role will implement external and internal communication activities in line with our strategic plan, brand guidelines, and annual communications plan.

  • Work as a Communications Business Partner to the Language Services Division, assisting with the development of a marketing strategy and responsible for implementing the strategy across all internal and external channels.
  • Manage all communication, marketing, promotion, and brand activity for Language Services, including sponsorship, events, and content development.
  • Write and produce all Language Services communication material, including monthly newsletters, brochures, and related briefings.
  • Manage other communication projects across the business as required.

  • Excellent communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others in your team, across the organisation, and with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail, planning, and prioritisation skills, and ability to successfully manage multiple projects at the same time.
