We are seeking a Strategic Communications Specialist to play a coordinating role in delivering communication products for our program.

Job Description

The successful candidate will contribute to achieving our purpose, vision, and strategic priorities by collaborating with cross-functional teams on program communications. As a key member of the team, you will plan and execute internal/external engagement activities, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver communication outcomes within agreed timeframes and collaborate with product, engagement, and change leads on program communications.
  • Plan and execute internal/external engagement activities, leveraging your expertise in stakeholder management and communication.
  • Apply our change framework to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
  • Support RC teams in raising awareness and understanding among stakeholders.
  • Track and report communication effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
Key Requirements:
  • Qualifications in communication or change management.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in communication delivery, preferably in Agile or relevant industries.
  • Broad comms experience across internal/external channels (email, web, digital, social).
  • Quick learner with versatile skillset, able to manage complex relationships and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Skilled in planning and managing comms and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experienced in delivering complex projects and business outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to improve processes.
  • Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
