Job Description

As a Lead Generation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in educating potential customers on the benefits of novated leasing. Your focus will be on lead generation, leveraging a centralized and integrated CRM to manage your monthly targets and KPIs.

You will receive warm leads from customer inquiries as you educate our current database of customers. Working through our automated phone system, you will connect directly with customers, engaging and educating them about our Novated Leasing product.

Your key responsibilities will include building rapport quickly, discovering customer needs, and providing options and solutions to help them understand our products.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively
