As our highly valued Director at C&K Birralee Childcare Centre in Ferny Hills, Northwest Brisbane, you will lead a team of passionate educators to deliver a quality educational program for children aged 0-5 years in our play-based learning environment.
You will be responsible for the overall operations and management of the centre, nurturing an inclusive, collaborative, and supportive team culture where everyone can belong, grow, and thrive.
RequirementsTo thrive and succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification) or willingness to commence studying.
- First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these).
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for achieving long-lasting, high-quality outcomes for children, their families, and the community.
C&K is committed to being a child-safe organisation, and all employees are required to undergo a police check and not be a 'Restricted Person' or Suspended Educator under the QLD Blue Card System.
