We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our Birralee Childcare Centre team, located in Ferny Hills, Northwest Brisbane.
Salary:The annual salary for this role ranges from $85,153 to $95,686, depending on experience.
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of children in our care by leading a team of passionate educators in delivering a quality educational program for children aged 0 to 5 years.
You will be responsible for the overall operations and management of the centre, ensuring high-quality outcomes for children, their families, and the community.
Requirements:- A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification) or willingness to commence studying.
- First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these).
- A collaborative mindset - working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve long-lasting outcomes for children.
- Annual wage rate of $85,153-$95,686 plus salary-sacrificing options.
- 12-month Beginning to Teach at C&K program for new teachers.
