We're looking for a passionate and experienced leader to join our dynamic team at the stunning Ferny Hills campus. In this leadership role, you'll collaborate closely with key functional partners in Operations, Children Services, People & Culture, and Family Support to manage campus operations, educational leadership, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent qualification from a recognized RTO
  • Previous experience as a Centre Supervisor, Centre Director, or Campus Director in childcare settings
  • Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Child Protection certification (e.g., Respond and Identify Children at Risk of Harm)
  • A minimum of five years' experience in an early childhood setting
  • Strong advocacy for early childhood education and Only About Children's mission
  • Ability to work effectively within a group structure
  • Proven experience in managing a childcare campus
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring teams
  • Solid knowledge of statutory regulations in the early childhood sector
