We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Education Leader to join our team at the Ferny Hills campus.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.



Job Description

As a Campus Director, your key responsibilities will include:



  • Overseeing daily operations and driving business and operational goals
  • Mentoring and coaching our dedicated staff to achieve excellence in education and care
  • Collaborating closely with key functional partners to ensure smooth campus management
  • Fostering positive relationships with families and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to child safety and welfare as the top priority
  • Delivering agreed monthly KPIs to support all business aspects

You will be responsible for managing a team of educators and support staff, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of quality education and care.



Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:



  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (ECEC) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized RTO
  • Previous experience as a Centre Supervisor, Centre Director, or Campus Director in childcare settings
  • Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Child Protection certification (e.g., Respond and Identify Children at Risk of Harm)
  • A minimum of five years' experience in an early childhood setting
  • Strong advocacy for early childhood education and Only About Children's mission
  • Ability to work effectively within a group structure
  • Proven experience in managing a childcare campus
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring teams
  • Solid knowledge of statutory regulations in the early childhood sector
