About the Role

We are recruiting for event spaces in Royal Botanic Gardens, including Botanic House and Terrace on the Domain. As a skilled Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating corporate and social events at these venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing client relationships and operational event planning
  • Client and supplier management, bump in, execution, bump out, and post-event administration
  • Financial understanding of sales reporting, budgets, and forecasting
  • Implementing sales strategies and business development plans
  • Awareness of industry knowledge and market trends
  • Possessing passion for quality food, beverage, and service
  • Excellent communication skills and dynamic personality
  • Self-motivation, organisational, and time management skills

Requirements
