About the Position

To be successful in this role, you will need to provide technical support and process-related assistance to contact centre staff, lead initiatives to enhance HubSpot processes, develop and implement strategies for transitioning to a customer-centric sales model, employ design research techniques to uncover customer needs and pain points, and collaborate with teams to ensure a cohesive and streamlined transition process.

Key Responsibilities

About You

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, effective communicators, empathetic and patient, honest and integrity-driven, strong problem solvers, collaborative, and driven to learn and grow. You should have a degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Information Technology or a related field, experience in CRM support, CX/UX design, and/or business process improvement, knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience in HubSpot.
