Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the college's grounds and facilities, including building and grounds maintenance, cleaning, and opening/closing the school premises.
  • Support the school with various maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairs, renovations, and landscaping.
  • Manage the school's maintenance program, including scheduling, prioritizing, and completing tasks efficiently.
Requirements
  • Certificate III or Trade Certificate in a relevant field (desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience performing maintenance tasks unsupervised;
  • Experience in managing and maintaining school grounds and buildings or similar experience;
  • Current paid Working with Children Check number;
  • Demonstrated understanding of current Work Health and Safety requirements.
