Senior Planning Consultant

Contribute to business growth by providing expert planning and resource management advice in statutory and strategic planning.

Work on a range of land development, infrastructure, and strategic planning projects across New South Wales.

  • Demonstrate expertise in urban planning research, data analysis, report writing, and comprehensive knowledge of NSW urban planning and environmental legislation.
  • Develop project plans and strategies for the completion of major projects including identification of business resource requirements.
  • Manage or assist with the preparation of strategies, reports, environmental impact assessments, and other planning documentation and submissions.
  • Undertake technical and quality reviews of documentation prepared by the planning team.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning or Architecture/Urban Design or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Proficiency in urban planning research, data analysis, and report writing.
  • Extensive experience in statutory or strategic planning, preferably within NSW.
