Job Title: Credit Services Specialist

Credit Services Specialists play a key role in empowering customers by delivering exceptional service and driving process improvements to enhance their overall experience.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Services Specialist to join our team, responsible for analyzing and improving credit services processes to drive customer satisfaction.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of credit services operations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and improve credit services processes to enhance customer experience and drive efficiency gains.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for credit services processes and procedures.
  • Change Management: Embed changes across teams, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure ongoing compliance requirements are met, including adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Solution Implementation: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement effective solutions that meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role involving process improvement skills, compliance, and experience of working within a complex corporate environment.
  • Ability to roll out end-to-end credit service process and background in Telco, Utilities, or within Government sector.
  • Analytical mind, strong experience dealing with customers and processes, attention to detail, result-focused, resilient, and able to adjust in a changing work environment.
