About the Position:

The Operations Manager role oversees technical delivery of services by our team.

  • This involves managing staff responsible for application deployment, device configuration and provisioning, scripting and automation, and some application development. A background in technologies such as Intune, Active Directory, SCCM, Group Policy, PowerShell, and C++ is desirable.
  • Project Management Skills - We require familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to coordinate, allocate resources, and track delivery of IT enabled projects.
  • The role also requires producing clear and accurate documentation, including change records aligned with ITIL practices, as well as design and process documentation to support ongoing service improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • A strong customer focus is required by ensuring that all services are delivered with the customer in mind, aiming for the best possible outcomes.

Requirements:
