The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the development of our bids and proposals. In this critical role, you will lead the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and compelling submissions.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders across various departments, coordinating the right expertise to deliver successful proposals that drive business growth and market positioning.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full proposal/bid lifecycle.
  • Analyse tender requirements and ensure proposals meet all specifications and deadlines.
  • Coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Implement governance, templates, and content libraries to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Facilitate meetings and review cycles to engage and guide proposal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance bid management techniques.
