Procurement & Contracts Professional Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to work as a Procurement and Contracts Specialist for a leading organisation. The role offers the chance to work across diverse procurement and contracting activities, supporting business objectives and driving value through supplier relationships, cost optimisation, and effective contract management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies across multiple projects
  • Gather and analyse data, market intelligence, and supplier capabilities to inform sourcing decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate and manage contracts
  • Drive competitive sourcing activities, including tenders and eAuctions
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Resolve disputes and implement corrective actions when required
  • Ensure supplier performance meets agreed outcomes
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management or Finance
  • 3-5 years' experience in procurement or commercial roles, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies and negotiate commercial contracts
  • Strong relationship management, influencing, and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capability
