Procurement & Contracts Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead procurement and contracting strategies across a diverse range of activities, supporting business objectives and driving value through supplier relationships, cost optimisation, and effective contract management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing contracts up to $1M in value, including negotiation, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring.
  • Driving competitive sourcing activities such as tenders, eAuctions, and other commercial tools.
  • Building and maintaining strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensuring supplier performance meets agreed outcomes, resolving disputes, and implementing corrective actions when required.
  • Promoting alignment with global procurement initiatives while supporting local business needs.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management or Finance.
  • 3-5 years' experience in procurement or commercial roles, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies and negotiate commercial contracts.
  • Strong relationship management, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capability.
