Power System Engineer Lead
About the OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled power system engineer to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to drive strategic planning and operational priorities
- Provide expert guidance on system security, network performance, and compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish network limits and contingency plans
- Drive improvements in systems, modelling, and reporting
- Minimum 5 years' experience in network operations or 7 years in an engineering-related role
- Strong foundation in network planning, real-time analysis, and compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
