Key Responsibilities:

  4. Mentor senior engineers and establish technical standards.
  5. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align technology with business objectives.
  6. Evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance velocity, quality, and resilience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years in IC software engineering, including 3+ in a senior technical leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in distributed systems, architecture, and scalability.
  • Strong background in CI/CD, OOP (C#.NET, Java, or C++), and one modern JS framework (React, Next.js, Angular).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and databases (SQL Server, Postgres, Redis).
  • Proficiency with tools like DataDog, LaunchDarkly, and Twilio Segment.
