Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead to lead the analysis, design and development of IT and business solutions.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with hybrid working flexibility available.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating system designs, ensuring the appropriate selection of technology and contributing to policies regarding architecture component selection.

They will also be responsible for impact analysis and risk management on major design options, managing associated risks to ensure system designs meet functional requirements.

Additionally, they will lead and supervise other team members, providing strong technical leadership to develop functional and technical solutions aimed at delivering reliable and stable applications that fulfill business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle Banking Platform and knowledge of Oracle Banking APIs and frameworks for integration and customization.
  • Proficiency in JAVA, J2EE, Oracle BPM, OBP Host, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), REST API, Microservices, and Kafka.
  • Prior hands-on experience in people leadership and team mentoring.
