**Job Title:** Senior Development Manager
Role Overview

Mirvac has created some of Australia's most iconic places, from thriving residential communities to landmark offices and mixed-use precincts.

We are seeking a Senior Development Manager to manage the project team and deliver property development opportunities and projects in line with strategic group and divisional objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing multiple, highly complex, large-scale projects.
  • Developing project strategies.
  • Reviewing and overseeing complex or multiple Development Briefs, Programmes, Feasibilities, and Risk and Opportunity schedules.
  • Identifying and managing Risks and Opportunities to optimize outcomes.
  • Establishing management policies, systems, and processes.
  • Exhibiting expertise in understanding legal aspects and obtaining authority approvals.
  • Leading and developing people across teams.
Requirements

To succeed, you must be professionally qualified with a proven track record of delivering complex master-planned community projects through all development phases.

Strong stakeholder management skills, including conflict resolution experience in project and people management, are essential.

You should be passionate about delivering master-planned community projects and thrive working as part of a dynamic team to achieve successful project outcomes.
