About This Role

This is a critical position that supports both technology and business teams by managing integrated schedules using MS Project, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule in MS Project from various sources including ADO.
  • Track and manage schedule changes against baselines.
  • Support change request analysis, including impact assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Design and maintain schedule-related reports for delivery teams.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and variances.
  • Develop PMO-level reporting using Power BI.
  • Manage data loads and perform quality checks and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Pillar Leads, Process Owners, Tech Delivery Leads, and Stream Leads.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in scheduling including best practices and tool management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Master Scheduler in complex ERP or large-scale technology transformation programs.
  • Expertise in MS Project, Excel, Azure DevOps, and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, including design and quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
