Job Description:

This is a great opportunity to join our team as a Recruitment Specialist.

The role involves providing end-to-end recruitment consulting services for temporary and contract roles.

  • Business growth and nurturing new client relationships
  • Conducting in-depth face-to-face interviews
  • Proactively sourcing high-calibre candidates
  • Engaging in high-level negotiations with external stakeholders at all levels
  • Being honest and transparent with clients and candidates

Key Qualifications:
  • Ideal experience includes 12 months of consistent work in white-collar temporary recruitment or a strong work ethic, passion to succeed, and an ability to back your outcomes
  • A proven passion for working with people, networking, and providing great customer service. This can include experiences across hospitality, credit control, retail, etc.
  • Ideal sales experience coupled with excellent negotiation skills
  • You are resilient, a team player, and a confident communicator
