Youth Support Specialist

Deliver drug and alcohol focused case management support to clients aged 12-25, including assessment, case planning, education, advocacy, and external referrals.
">">Provide family support sessions to families impacted by young persons drug and alcohol use.
">">Engage with young people, build relationships, and work collaboratively to develop and implement effective plans.
">">Maintain accurate records, adhere to legislative requirements, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies.
">">Prioritize client needs, respond to crisis situations, and provide emotional support when required.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

A strong understanding of youth and drug & alcohol interventions, with experience working with vulnerable populations.
">">Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
">">The ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and work effectively under pressure.
">">A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within designated regions.
