Job Title: Defence Sales Specialist

This is a key sales role that requires strong relationships with Defence sector customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Defence sector customers to understand their business requirements and preferences.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing and engineering, to ensure alignment on customer needs and solution development.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Defence sector and its evolving needs, identifying new opportunities for growth and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve account growth and revenue targets, leveraging industry trends, competitor analysis and market research.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the Defence sector or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive account growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify key insights that inform sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
