Commercial Finance Manager Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join our finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to drive equipment sales by optimizing financing solutions and fostering strong relationships with internal sales teams and external financial partners.


Job Duties:
  • Drive equipment sales by developing effective financing strategies.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SALES TEAMS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS.
  • ANALYZE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS TO PROVIDE ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS.
  • EVALUATE CREDIT BUREAUS TO DELIVER INFORMED RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CREDIT DECISIONS.
  • DRIVE ACHIEVEMENT OF SALES AND MARKET SHARE TARGETS TO ENSURE SUSTAINED SUCCESS.
  • STAY AHEAD OF COMPETITIVE DEVELOPMENTS TO UPHOLD OUR COMMITMENT TO SUPERIOR PRODUCTS.

About You:
  • 3-5 years of experience in equipment finance, with a proven track record in structuring financing solutions and managing financial risk.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of collaborating closely with sales teams, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret financial statements, assess credit risk, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • CULTIVATING PRODUCTIVE RELATIONSHIPS IS KEY TO YOUR SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE.
  • Prior experience working in a commercial setting would be advantageous.
