We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Services Manager to oversee the delivery of Supply Chain Management services on Barrow Island. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and management abilities, with a focus on operational excellence, site services, and high-performance organisational development.

About You
  • You must possess a proven track record in fostering a safety culture and commitment to protecting people and the environment.
  • Strong leadership and management experience, including business planning, resource management, and budgeting is essential.
  • The ability to drive continuous improvement and implement change is crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and corporate health, environmental, and safety requirements.
  • Deliver SCM services at Barrow Island, providing supervision and direction to SCM teams.
  • Develop a capable and competent workforce, ensuring strong teaming and coordination across assets and functions.
About the Role

This temporary position offers the opportunity to work on a FIFO roster of 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off.
